Refund Policy

Flowers and foliage are in fact just that, flowers and foliage. Created by nature, all unique with individual markings and colourings. We take pride in our photos of our creations, doing our very best to portray them honestly. The item pictured is the product you are purchasing and will receive, unless otherwise stated.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are non refundable.

Refunds

Returns and exchanges are not accepted based on flower/foliage characteristics or on change of mind.

Please choose your item/s carefully, contact us if you have queries or concerns as we will not exchange or refund for change of mind.

Exchanges

In the extremely unlikely event of the incorrect product being shipped at the fault of Wildly Wilted, Wildly Wilted will cover the cost of returning the shipment and sending the correct item/s.
