Where do you ship?
We are based in Christchurch, New Zealand. The majority of our products are able to be shipped nation wide, however some larger products will only be available for local collection. These particular items will state this in the blurb on their product page.
Due to the fragile nature of dried flowers and foliage, it is to be expected that during the shipping process there may be some shedding.
Unfortunately, at this stage, we do not ship outside of New Zealand.
Do you allow Pickups?
Yes, if you are local to Christchurch you are able to collect. Please select this option when checking out on the website.
How long does shipping take?
Depending on the design that you choose, the time to create it varies, each design will have an estimated time on its individual web page. Once your item/s have been shipped, delivery should take 3-6 working days, however this is at the discretion of the shipping company. Rural deliveries incur an additional charge and may take longer to arrive also. If you are having your item/s delivered to a rural address, please select this option when checking out. Please leave any delivery instructions in the notes section when checking your item/s out.
How long do dried florals last?
Dried florals, preserved florals and sola flowers can last for years if cared for properly. Dried flowers can begin to fade within the first year, however we advise keeping these out of direct sunlight to help preserve their colour. We suggest keeping them in a dry environment, as exposure to damp areas can cause mould. If your arrangements get dusty, try using a hairdryer on a low, cool setting.
Where do you source flowers from?
We believe in supporting local, so the majority of our stock is sourced from Christchurch and around New Zealand, however we do import some of our preserved florals.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes, we create custom orders. Please get in contact with us and we can have a chat about your space and what you have in mind.
I've seen an arrangement from a previous collection, am I able to order one?
Most of the time we can create an arrangement from a previous collection, however they will not be exactly the same. As these are natural products, depending on the season and our stock levels, most of the time we will be able to create something similar for you.
How do I hang my wreath or wall hanging
We recommend using a 3M hook or picture hook.
